There comes a time in
everyone's life where you choose to initiate grasping hold of your dreams and
turn them into reality. I, David S. Iwuc had a life long dream to be the Mayor
of Cumberland RI, my home town. After serving in the United States Marine Corps
and returning to Cumberland to raise a family and live. I reached out to Ben
Monteiro and his organization to help me complete that dream.
Ben's expertise in usage of the information highway to get out
a message and track information from others was second to none. I believe that
as a direct involvement of Ben and his company in my campaign I was able to not
only win the position of Mayor of the Town of Cumberland, but also provide to
the residents the most accurate and critical information concerns of the
interests of the people. I truly believe that anyone who is interested in

It has been a pleasure working
with Central Office Services. It became apparent to our agency that we did not
have a very reliable way of tracking information regarding our Maintenance
Department’s hours worked and spending per program they worked at.
After meeting with Mr. Monteiro
for a short time, explaining to him what we wanted to be able to track, and how
we would use it, we expected to have many more meetings to discuss the data base
he would create. Much to our surprise we needed only one additional meeting to
show us how to use the created data base, and a few very minor modifications. He
supplied us with very useful directions for data entry, as well as how to get
beyond the security of the program for an administrative level of oversight.
When ever questions have come up Mr. Monteiro has been quick to respond and
explain how to do what was needed.
After using the data base for
over a month it has made such a difference in tracking the available
information, and helped us prepare our budget for the coming year based on the
needs of our programs. The data base contains reports that are easy to read and
very helpful in determining where our future needs are.
I would highly recommend Central
Office Services for anyone who is in need of tracking information from a data
